I have downloaded the iso ile above via my tablet but 1 annot copy it to a dvd to run onthe pc. Without windows i cannot connect to the Internet – what is the solution? Obviously Microsoft have issued an untested update again and I for one now have a c that may need to go to a repairer -assuming it can be recovered without losing my data and my installed applications.
BTW, previously I had restored an earlier restore point using the win iso on flash drive. Not sure that this helped in the process, though. Since then, I disabled all windows updates and cross my fingers.

So MS bashing isn’t my thing! Fact 2: Another person less keen on finding MS bashers would have realised that the comment means that I had spent too much time with MS support being passed from dept to dept with no one knowing an answer.
