Windows 10 Education and Enterprise have certain features like Cortana, Edge and media features removed. For Windows 10 Enterprise automatic updates, if you’ve already installed it, you can receive latest updates automatically when Automatic Update is turned on.
You can also set the schedule when Windows will check for updates. Lastly, as for the release of updates, Windows 10 Pro dates are different from Windows 10 Enterprise. Let us know if you have other concerns.
