Printing Comments (Microsoft Word) – Changing and Deleting Comments
I have a Word document in which I am tracking changes. This document also has several comments. Currently, each comment is identified by highlighted text, which is great.

I know that I can go into the tracking and turn off the comments and then they don’t print, but then I can’t see where my comments are located throughout the doc. With Word , I was able to change the print settings to not print comments, but I can’t find how to do this with Word Kindly follow the steps below on how to hide comments:.
