I watched the video and tried the suggestions their along with many others. Is anybody from Dell monitoring this forum? It is frustrating to have a brand new computer that is essentially unusable. For four yeas I am still having same issue. I ended up backing up my computer 2 days worth , and starting from new factory condition. Worked just like new for about 2 weeks until it started doing all its updates. This will be my last PC. My wife bought a Mac in and it runs just like the day she bought it.
Anytime you are having performance problems, especially disk usage, you need to use the Resource Monitor which can be opened from the Task Manager or resmon. If it is disk usage, select that tab. Set the usage column up so the highest usage is at the top. Put a checkmark in the box on the left to filter by that process and look at the windows below.
